Your next step
Being bank-ready gets your file taken seriously. It doesn't tell you which providers would actually accept a profile like yours - that's the other half of the problem.

The issue
Being bank-ready - a clear description, consistent documents, a coherent story - gets your file taken seriously and your account left alone once it's open. What it can't do is tell you which providers would actually accept a profile like yours: every bank, EMI, and neobank applies its own rules on sector, incorporation country, owner residence, payment corridors, and comfort with platform or crypto income, and they don't publish a single shared standard.
Why institutions ask
A week spent on an application to a provider whose published criteria exclude your profile was never going to work. Checking fit before applying is the natural next step once your preparation is ready.
What usually helps
Before you hand your file to anyone: run through your checklist one last time - every unchecked box is a likely follow-up question - make sure every answer you'd give matches the documents you'd attach, and keep a copy of exactly what you submit. Periodic KYC reviews are standard practice, not an alarm bell; they escalate only when this time's answers don't match last time's.
Your actions
I've run through my full checklist before opening an account, moving a large sum, or responding to a review - and I can answer every box left unchecked.
I've kept a copy of exactly what I submitted at onboarding, in case of a future periodic review.
These become trackable items in your checklist once your personalized plan is generated.
